Refund and Returns Policy for Web Design, Web Development, and Digital Marketing Services by Work Web Agency

At Work Web Agency, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality web design, web development, and digital marketing services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a client may need to request a refund or return. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following refund and returns policy:

1. Web Design and Web Development Services:

  • For web design and web development projects, we require a 50% upfront payment before commencing work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and client satisfaction.
  • If a client requests a refund before the project is 50% complete, we will refund the full amount of the upfront payment.
  • If a client requests a refund after the project is 50% complete, we will assess the work completed and provide a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
  • In cases where a client is not satisfied with the final product, we offer revisions and modifications to ensure their satisfaction. If, after reasonable efforts, we are unable to resolve the client’s concerns, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.2. Digital Marketing Services:

  • For digital marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, and Social Media Management, we require a monthly retainer fee.
  • Refunds for digital marketing services are not available as these services are ongoing and results may vary based on external factors beyond our control.
  • However, if a client chooses to terminate the contract before the end of the agreed-upon term, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the retainer fee.

3. General Terms:

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the initial payment or the date of service completion.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
